Your First Performance Nutrition Session

The first session (1hr) is about getting to know you and building a solid foundation. We’ll dig into your current nutrition, lifestyle, ski and ride schedule, training routine, and most importantly – your goals. We’ll look at what’s working, what isn’t, and get you started with practical nutrition strategies that support your performance and fit your mountain life.

Performance Nutrition 3-Pack

THREE sessions to build and dial in your nutrition strategy for mountain life. Includes your first session plus 2 follow-ups (45 min ea), with messaging support between sessions. Sessions are spaced over 2 months – enough time to practice new habits while maintaining the momentum to create real change.
